Reading the numbers
CPA beats baseline, ROAS lags. Both cohorts convert at ~3x the historical rate per click — that's why CPA comes in $40+ below the 90-day baseline. ROAS is below 2.76x because launch-week CPMs ($5.38 / $5.67) are running ~2.6x the 90-day average — typical for new ads in the learning phase, with no audience overlap or repeat exposure yet (frequency is still ~1.5x).
Jade Core winner so far: "Just What You Need" at 4.16x ROAS. Highest CTR (2.45%) and lowest CPC ($0.227) among the four. "Privacy Right" is also profitable at 3.17x. "For Your Desktop" and "Shareable Price" have no purchases yet but are still in the first week of spend.
UGC: the original is doing all the work. 83% of UGC spend ($104 of $125) went to the original creative. The three new hooks (V2/V3/V4) split the remaining $21 — too little to call. V2 "Last One" stands out for the wrong reason: 0.58% CTR is roughly a third of the next-worst, which is the only signal worth acting on at this volume.
Caveat — pixel attribution. ROAS and purchase counts here come from the Meta pixel (
offsite_conversion.fb_pixel_purchase). Triple Whale is the source of truth for blended/account-level ROAS, and TW lastPlatformClick is the gating metric for any scale or bid recommendation. Treat the cohort ROAS as a creative-comparison signal, not a scaling decision.Caveat — sample size. 6 total purchases across both cohorts is too few to call statistical winners. This page is a first-week snapshot, not a verdict. Wait for ~30 conversions per cohort before any pause/scale decision.
